Debris removed from private pools. |
|

Checks made for any evidence of damp,
leaks or structural deterioration. |

Checks made for any insect infestation. |
|
▪ |
Electrical appliances tested to ensure all
are working correctly. |

Toilets flushed and water poured into all
sinks and baths. |

▪ |
Security check, e.g doors, windows, gates,
alarms to ensure all are operating
correctly, that they are secure and there
has been no attempt to illegally enter the
property. |

Furniture checked for “wear and tear”. |

▪ |
Services such as water, electric and
telephone checked to ensure all are working. |

▪ |
All equipment checked against the
inventory. |

▪ |
Post removed from the mail box and left in
the property. |

All findings reported following each
inspection. Any damages will be recorded on
a digital camera and forwarded onto you so
that any remedial action can be arranged. |
